SPARRA | RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At SPARRA, we hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards. To maintain premium quality control and practice environmental responsibility, every garment in our collection is custom-produced individually to order. 

We understand that from time to time you will want to return an item. We offer an open 14-day returns window from your initial delivery date for size exchanges, store credit, or full refunds.

■ RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

• CONDITION: Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors, blemishes, or signs of wear.
• PACKAGING: Must be returned in its original condition with all retail tags and packaging intact.
• EXCLUSIONS: Any items marked as Limited Edition or Exclusive Drop are made-to-order and therefore are not eligible for refunds or preference-based exchanges.

■ HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. REQUEST AUTHORIZATION
Do not ship your item back to the outbound warehouse address listed on your original package. Our automated fulfillment facilities cannot process incoming customer returns. 

2. CONTACT US
Email contact@sparraofficial.com with your order number and request a return authorization. Our team will supply you with the correct shipping address for our central Returns Processing Hub.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is fully responsible for covering all return shipping postage fees. We highly recommend using a tracked economy shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

■ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the rare event that your gear arrives with a structural defect, a printing error, or damage sustained during transit, we take full responsibility. 

Please do not ship the item back. Email contact@sparraofficial.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue. Our quality control team will immediately dispatch a priority, complimentary replacement piece to your door at zero cost to you.
